Founded in 1999, the India HIV/AIDS Alliance is a non-governmental organization operating in partnership with civil society, government and communities to support sustained responses to HIV in India that protect rights and improve health. Complementing the Indian national program, they build capacity, provide technical support and advocate to strengthen the delivery of effective, innovative, community-based HIV programs to vulnerable populations affected by the epidemic.

This 2-day workshop took place from 21-22 February 2019 in New Delhi, India, with 21 trans activists.
