This report on poverty within trans and gender diverse communities globally sets out to emphasize the interconnectedness of sustainability, livelihood, economic [in]dependence and the impact of poverty indicators on HIV responses, health and well-being.
The report will highlight the following three factors, contributing to the poverty indicators in the trans community globally:
- Identity documents (gender marker and/or name change and related bureaucracy)
- Education
- Employment
