Would you like to learn how trans-led, cross-regional collaboration and flexible core funding are strengthening the global human rights movement?

From January 2025 to July 2026, THRIVE has been proving to be effective on advancing and strengthening trans rights globally. This midpoint report highlights that THRIVE Consortium’s impactful work is lеading tо twо сlеаr insights:

  • Trans-led, cross-regional consortium models prove effective when they blend shared power with flexible core funding.
  • Together, members of the THRIVE Consortium achieve outcomes that no individual initiative could replicate alone.

The report also shows why the model works, what we achieved and what the impact was on trans and gender diverse communities. It also highlights how we are:

  • Documenting and responding to the funding crisis
  • Building regional advocacy capacity
  • Advocating through climate justice, legal identity and health drivers
  • Converting evidence into regional advocacy
  • Building a European and Central Asian trans-specific HIV portfolio with institutional reach
  • Backing global policy influence with a powerful movement infrastructure

We trully thank Robert Carr Fund funding support as it has strengthened trans-led organizations a whole.
