UN Trans Advocacy Week 2019

During the Interactive Dialogue with the Independent Expert on Violence and Discrimination based on SOGI and the Special Rapporteur on the Independence of Judges and Advocates, UN TAW participants delivered a statement responding to the report from the IE SOGI, Victor Madrigal-Borloz, on data collection and management as a means to create heightened awareness of violence and discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.
