Vichet Kem is a Cambodian activist living in Phnom Penh City, Kingdom of Cambodia. He has a Master’s Degree in General Management.

Vichet is an HIV/AIDS prevention advocate for men who have sex with men (MSM) and transgender people, he works to foster a positive environment to reduce stigma and discrimination among families. He works in strengthening communities and service providers.

He’s a Program Manager of Men’s Health Cambodia (MHC), a local NGO working on HIV prevention among MSM and trans people across Cambodian cities such as Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Kandal, Takeo, Kapong Speu, Sihanuke Ville, Kampong Cham, Tbong Khum and Prey Veng province. MHC provides delivery services on PrEP and HIV testing; advocating at the local and national levels of governance.
