The trans and gender diverse population is disproportionally disadvantaged, due to discrimination and injustice, and the result for trans and gender diverse people across the globe is poverty. In the light of “leave no one behind”, these Goals provide an opportunity for trans organizations and civil society, globally, to step up and ensure inclusion.

This webinar conversation highlights three factors, contributing to the poverty indicators in the trans community, globally:

  1. Identity documents (gender marker and/or name change, and related bureaucracy)
