At GATE, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of transparency and accountability in all aspects of our operations. As part of this commitment, we are pleased to provide access to our Form 990 filings and financial audits for public review.

Form 990 is an annual reporting return that certain federally tax-exempt organizations must file with the IRS. It provides information on the organization’s mission, programs, and finances, ensuring transparency and accountability to the public, donors, and regulatory authorities.

In addition to our Form 990 filings, we also make available our financial audits. These audits are conducted by independent certified public accountants to provide assurance regarding the accuracy and reliability of our financial statements.

By making these documents accessible, we aim to foster trust and confidence among our stakeholders, including donors, partners, and the communities we serve. We believe in the importance of transparency in demonstrating our stewardship of resources and our commitment to fulfilling our mission effectively and responsibly.
