As a member of the IAS Conference Organizing Committee, GATE is committed to supporting our members to apply for scholarships, submit proposals for abstracts and workshops.

As your contribution and participation its really important, find key ways for contributing and participating at the conference.
1. Thinking about submitting an abstract?
Review the process from AIDS 2024 here and speak to others who you can partner with you or have past experience in abstract writing. Submissions start on 20 November.
GATE will provide a free webinar to our members on how to submit an abstract. Keep an eye out for the webinar details.
2. Want to highlight your work?
Do you have a creative idea to showcase your work? Consider submitting a proposal to the Global Village. You can see the amazing variety of activities held in AIDS 2024 for inspiration here. Submissions start on 20 November.
3. Run a community workshop
Its your opportunity to shine while building skills and partnerships on a specific topic. Consider the conference theme Rethink. Rebuild. Rise for AIDS 2026 when considering submitting a workshop. Submissions start on 20 November.
4. Apply for a Scholarship
Scholarships are a critical way to ensure that we get trans and gender diverse voices and experiences from around the world.
