1 December 2018 is the 30th anniversary of World AIDS Day. As a key population, trans and gender diverse people are still 13 times more likely to be living with HIV than the general population. Today, GATE opens the call to join our International Working Group on Trans Masculine People and HIV.
This tool and accompanying training guide, which are a compilation and adaptation of various resources available to civil society and developed by key agencies providing support to communities and civil society organizations, aim to build the monitoring and oversight capacity of the transgender communities engaged in Global Fund processes.
The World AIDS Conference 2018 is being held in Amsterdam from 23-28 July, with pre-conferences on 21-22 July. GATE is participating in several pre-conferences and numerous sessions during the main conference, as well as co-hosting the Trans Networking Zone with IRGT - A Network of Trans Women and HIV.
